May the blessings of the Triple Gem be with you all!

Today, through our spiritual teachings, I wish to simply and clearly explain what really happens through the meditation we practice (Benefits of Meditation). Many of you have been journeying with us for a significant time, engaging with various meditation methods.

To guide you, I have established three ongoing series of practical programs: one is the ‘Third Eye Practical Meditation Program,’ another is the ‘Practical Meditation Program to the Brahma Worlds,‘ and the third is titled ‘Let’s Be Happy 24 Hours a Day.’ We have been practicing these methods for a long time, so a natural question arises:

Why are we doing this? What do we truly receive from these practices?

This article will explore the profound and practical meditation benefits that await you.

Freely Shared Wisdom: No Hidden Teachings

When you hear a title like the ‘Third Eye Practical Meditation Program,’ you immediately understand it relates to activating the system known as the third eye. Many know this knowledge is not easily shared. Some who claim to know it may not truly understand it, merely creating a facade. It’s often kept hidden, used as a way to draw people in or, in some cases, to make money.

I want to be clear: I expect nothing of that sort from you. I am sharing this path with you without any hidden teachings or ‘guru’s secrets’ (guru mushtiya), and without any expectation of reward. If I had other intentions, I would not be sharing this freely through a public platform; I could simply ask you to come to me personally.

In fact, many people message and call asking to meet me, but I do not meet with anyone. There is no need, because everything I teach is practical and can be done by you, right where you are. All your questions have been answered in the guidance provided, explaining exactly what needs to be done. What I teach are not fairy tales with uncertain outcomes; they are not things that ‘might‘ happen. I assure you that these results are certain and practical. These are universal truths that you can practice from the edge of the world, the middle of the ocean, whether you are in Sri Lanka or another country, in space, in the sky, or anywhere in this universe.

Three Paths to Inner Awakening

To provide a clear structure for your journey, there are three distinct paths you can explore:

  • The Third Eye Practical Meditation Program: As the name implies, this path is designed to open what is known as the Third Eye or, in the Buddhist tradition, the dibba-cakkhu, the ‘divine eye.’ This is the faculty of clear seeing or mind-made knowledge (manomaya ñāṇa). I have explained the process from beginning to end, detailing all the sensations and visions you might experience, holding nothing back. There is much more depth to this path, with various categories and abilities to develop, which I will guide you on in the future.
  • The Practical Meditation Program to the Brahma Worlds: I offered this path specifically for those who found the Third Eye system didn’t quite resonate or fit them well. This method allows you to very quickly access states of deep meditative absorption, known as Jhāna. We have already received feedback from people who have achieved results with this practice. You have the right to experiment with any of these methods to see what works for you.
  • Let’s Be Happy 24 Hours a Day Program: This practice is a direct path that can be followed all the way to ultimate liberation, or Nibbāna. It teaches you how to broaden your thinking patterns, maintain mindfulness (sati), and remain stable and happy through both sorrow and joy. It’s a continuous system for cultivating inner peace.

You can explore and practice any of these systems. The choice is yours.

Breaking the Chains of Fear and Limitation

For so long, we have been held back by fear, fear shaped by tradition, books, and what others tell us about meditation and the spiritual world. This fear paralyzed us, preventing us from making any real progress. I, too, felt this fear in my early days. But I resolved that I had to explore these things for myself, even if it meant dying. I dedicated my life to it and faced the spiritual world practically and fearlessly.

The result of that fearlessness is the ability I have today to share these teachings with you, to let you experience, hear, and understand these profound results for yourselves. This is your good fortune. Your task now is to practice. I have removed the fear and hesitation associated with the sensations and experiences of meditation.

Previously, we were taught that opening the Third Eye was a dangerous, difficult thing that couldn’t be done easily. But I have shown you a simple way. We are often told we must go to a forest or a special place to practice, trapping us in a restrictive frame. I have shattered these frames for you. People of any age can do this. I receive messages from children as young as ten asking if they are suitable for this practice. As I have explained before, meditation is for everyone. There is no age limit. Anyone can try.

Dispelling the Myth: Meditation and Madness

There is a common misconception, spread in society, that meditation leads to madness. This is not true. Madness in meditation arises for those who are already mentally unbalanced and approach the practice with intense craving and desire. They may want to become a ‘big shot,’ a character like a superhero, or perform for others. These are mental weaknesses and unhealthy desires. If you come to meditation freely, without expectations or cravings, like a small child, you will not go mad. This madness affects those who try to use spirituality to make money or achieve fame and then fail to get what they want.

You have no need to fall into such states. I have always taught you to meditate without expectations, without desire, just to do the practice. So, engage in these programs without fear. Practical application is what matters most.

The Unimaginable Results: Awakening Kundalini and Higher Powers

The results of these practices are beyond what you can imagine. One of the key outcomes I often speak of is the awakening of the Kundalini shakti, or Kundalini energy. Through this process, all seven energy centers, or chakras, are awakened. I have awakened my seven chakras, and I am teaching you the method to do the same.

Some people have challenged me, saying if I have so much power, I should perform miracles like splitting rocks. I have no need to perform for you. My purpose is to elevate you to this higher mental and spiritual state, to give you the techniques to get there yourself. My service to the country, the world, and the universe is to guide your spiritual development. I am not here to perform cheap tricks.

Instead, my goal is to awaken your Kundalini energy and change the thinking patterns of our people, developing positive mindsets and higher mental abilities. Through you, we can create a service for our country and the world. Through dedicated practice, extraordinary abilities can manifest. These are often called higher knowledges or psychic powers (abhiññā).

You may develop the ability to read others’ minds or see past lives. You can even test the power of your mind. Try focusing your concentrated thought on a glass on a table for five or ten minutes each day. With a strong mind, you can develop the ability to move it. Or gaze at a candle flame and practice moving it up and down with your will. These are just examples of the capabilities that can be developed.

Practical Meditation Benefits for Worldly Success

These practical meditation benefits are not just for spiritual goals; they directly impact and assist your worldly (laukika) life. When your brain’s neural pathways develop through meditation, your memory power increases. This is a benefit for all students.

  • For Students in Medicine: Your thinking patterns will change, allowing you to discover new methods and perhaps even find cures for various diseases.
  • For Engineers, Artists, and Musicians: Your thought patterns will broaden, allowing you to think positively and creatively. New ideas will flow to you.
  • For Archaeologists and Historians: You can unlock new perspectives and insights into your field.
  • For Business People and Professionals: New attitudes and strategies will come to you, helping you to succeed.

If you are in business, aim to be the world’s best. If you are a scholar, strive for excellence in every way. The awakening of your Third Eye and Kundalini energy directly contributes to your worldly success. You just need to apply these teachings practically.

A Call for Self-Reliance and Societal Change

Looking at the situation in our country or any other country, we have a political history of over 70 years where, frankly, nothing much has been accomplished for the people. But there is no point in blaming them. We should not waste our time on it, because they do not work with a genuine feeling for our country. Therefore, we must change ourselves. We need to change our mentality and become positive. When we awaken our own potential, we must build ourselves up. We should strive to develop in every way: worldly (laukika), supramundane (lokottara), and spiritually.

Do not waste your time on internet gossip or useless YouTube channels. Use these resources to develop yourself in every aspect of life. Life is short. In the time we have, we must achieve the maximum possible results. Western science and scientists have also confirmed that meditation develops the brain’s neurons. You can search online and find a wealth of information about this. This is why we must change ourselves. As one person changes, then two, ten, fifty, a hundred, a thousand, the people who harm our country, who curse it and try to destroy it, will naturally be cut off by the emergence of wise, practical, and intelligent people.

The Power of Practice and Wholesome Deeds

To support your spiritual development, I encourage you to engage in meritorious deeds (pinkam). Help the poor. These actions increase our spiritual energy and accumulate wholesome merit (kusala). Visit sacred places like the sixteen holy sites (Solosmasthana) in Sri Lanka, such as the great Ruwanwelisaya stupa. Make offerings, chant, and practice generosity, such as giving alms to the monastic Sangha. While you engage in these material offerings (āmisa pūjā), you must also engage in the offering of practice (patipatti pūjā). We must be self-sufficient in every way and develop every positive attitude.

I teach you these simple methods, born from my own practice and experience, without the complex words found in books. These practices are not dependent on place. It does not matter if you are in a small room, a luxury house, on a beach, or in a forest. You can do them anywhere. You can achieve incredible results.

Your Path Forward: Practice, Share, and Transform

The practical meditation benefits are limitless and beyond imagination. There is no age limit. I repeat this again and again so you can practice without fear. Let us do our part without blaming anyone. Let us change. When we change ourselves, we no longer need to blame or shout at others. Cultivate your land, do your business, study, learn everything. Manage your time and develop yourself in every way while continuing your meditation.

The results will come according to each person’s past karmic conditioning and diligence in this life, but results will come for everyone. At the very least, your brain’s neurons will develop, and your memory will improve. I also ask those of you who have had experiences to share them in the comments of our articles. Do not keep them to yourself. Mentioning your experiences is a service to others, as it inspires them to meditate and develop their minds.

This is the greatest service we can do for our country, our people, our religion, and the world. My aim is to facilitate this change in you. As you experience this wellness, this transformation becomes a service flowing from you to the world, from your youngest child to the eldest elder. Understanding these points, let us embark on this journey.
